These teacher-led meditations for working with difficult emotions were authored by Lodro Rinzler and created for your practice. These meditations are a wonderful way to meet difficult emotions where they are, hear what they have to say, and then release them. The meditation script is 9 pages long and includes three guided meditation scripts: The Hiccup Meditation, The Thought Party, and the “It’s Okay to Feel This” practice.
