Foundations of Wellness Teaching

In this class, Liza explores the wellness industrial complex and takes a detailed look at how we as wellness teachers and healers can navigate this challenging context. Liza tells us about the problems that she’s seen in the wellness world, and what she feels is missing from wellness teaching training–and then she empowers us by offering practical antidotes on how to fill the holes in our training. She also offers specific things we can always rely on as we walk our path as teachers. You’ll hear a little Ram Dass, a touch of anti-capitalistic frame-working, and a bunch of Buddhist teachings.

Come play in the soil and see what resonates with you! 🌱
